HOW does the program work?

The program has been specifically designed to avoid the problem of fade-out on return.

Too often managers return from a seminar, hit the business-as-usual routines, as well a backlog from being away, and revert to their old habits. Nothing really changes in a big way. BBB has been designed in a breakthrough way to ensure real changes on-the-job.

There are 3 programs:

Primary Program

A highly intensive, fast-paced 2 day masterclass, for say the top 70-100 managers, in which they learn the new techniques, all together.

Run by John O'Keeffe, it is a breakthrough in itself. It covers material normally covered in a typical 5 day course. It does so by eliminating the fat of most courses; replacing unproductive long breakouts with frequent, focussed, powerful interaction; uses multiple short but real business examples to illustrate points powerfully; employs many simple, practical short exercises for participants to learn by "doing".

The focus is on learning new "tools" as well as strategies. Managers can typically agree new personal strategies in theory, but find it difficult to put them into practice when faced with the hectic daily routine. But they will readily try tools, and if they work, will continue to use them and so change behaviour on the job.

Participants leave the masterclass with having identified
a) a 40 day project to make a real-change and
b) a personal recipe of tools they plan to put into practice to help achieve it.

Then unique, individual, follow-through telecoaching over the next 40 days to help each participant put their personal plan into practice when faced with the day-to-day routine.

Cascading Program

Train-the-Trainers and Train-the-Coaches programs to allow the capability to be cascaded throughout the organisation

Cementing Program

Cementing into the organisational DNA. This module addresses the issue of each organisation's particular "corporate quagmire" through which individuals struggle.

This often comprises too many, often back-to-back, and often unprepared meetings and conference calls triggered by automatic diary systems; ceaseless emailing and messaging, at all hours, with ever increasing expectations on speed of response; small-scope phone calls to catch-up increasingly made on the run; never-off contact, and the erosion of restorative breaks.

Instead this module makes a stepchange impact by incorporating BBB tools into the daily workload to enable big things to get done, at each of an individual, team, and organisational level.
